I had a long argument with Joe about the bizarre policy of reporting speculation in the 'media talk' section without actually confirming or denying whether it was true.

This shameless filler/traffic generator hit a nadir when the official website actually reported that the Evening News was reporting that we'd had a bid for Marshall turned down - but refused to say whether this was true or not.

They just didn't get it and they still don't.
