Usually, the faster the pixel response rate/time the better.

The best thing to do is to go to a shop, find one you like the look of and ask the sales person to put it on a feed you'd mostly use (be it a DVD, Freeview, Sky or games console)...

... then go on the internet to get the best price! ;)

Most important thing is: the picture looks good to you.
