Other than that I can't really comment, other than to say that work is ongoing - which has been reported everywhere anyway.

Things were very advanced with Billy Sharp last I heard, but it could go one of 3 ways. I think the club are keen to get someone in before Earnie leaves, to avoid a repeat of the situation we had after Ashton left whereby everyone knew we had bags of cash to spend.
