Olympic qualification - how does it work for the GB team ?

Dutch under-21s have qualified for the semi-final of the European Championships and therefore have already qualified for the Olympic games.

However, how the hell would it work for GB ? Who needs to qualify ? England, Scotland, Wales and Norn Iron ?

I know we are not going to take part next year, but in 2012 will we have to have a GB u-21 team ? Or will they change the rules of qualification just because of the British situation ?
