go do it mate, join a local BSAC club (not a PADI one) and you get the use of club gear for free!

I did loads of try dives over the years whilst on hols, - st lucia, dom republic, mexico, venezuela to name a few and loved it so much promised to learn properly when i got home and never got around to it!

so glad i eventually got off my arse and joined the club a few months ago, never looked back......

doesnt have to be that expensive and the BSAC club can and will support you....... GO DO IT!!!
