60s psychedelic nights

are making a bit of a comeback at the mo in London. Old Blue Last has one a week which is massively popular...kinda down to a bit of scene heavily influenced by that and has created bands such as The Horrors and Neil's Children. Been to Blow Up on a saturday a couple of times - problem with is the venue really - far too small and quite a predictable playlist. With FROG, the biggest Indie night in London closing down at Mean Fiddler next to Astoria a minute away from Metro, I recall a line from Jaws 'I think we're gonna need a bigger boat'
