although maybe we have and there wasn't much interest.
Another view might be that the amount of revenue you lose by a quick deal is compensated for by getting it resolved. Remember the summer after we got relegated where the club kept pretending we wanted to keep (and didn't need to sell) the likes of Jonson, Helveg and Francis in the hope of pushing their price up, with the consequence that when they finally (and inevitably) went there was no one decent left to buy.
