I thought, along with others on here, that we'd walk the league this year...

...but, looking at the squad we have:

Goalkeepers: Green, Ward, Gallacher, Lewis
Defenders: Louis-Jean, Drury, Shackell, Fleming, Brennan, Charlton, Doherty
Midfielders: Jarrett, Francis
Strikers: Huckerby, Ashton, McKenzie, McVeigh, Henderson, Jarvis, Thorne

...and given the fact that kick-off to the Coca Cola Championship is only TWENTY THREE days away - we're f**ked unless Worthington has lots of transfers almost tied up.

Players take time to acclimatise to their new surroundings, new training regimes and to familiarise themselves with their new team-mates. We've got an excellent opportunity to get points on the board with the first three games, but it could all go to pot without a tin-pot teamsheet thrown together with a 'yeah, he's right footed...he can play there' attitude.

I really hope that there is transfers coming, but have we left it too late again?
