but considering some of the decisions he made when he was in charge here, I do hold some doubt whether he can make a success of it. If he makes some of the tactical decisions at International level which he made in the Premiership and after relegation from the Prem, his weaknesses will be again exposed.

If Norn Iron applied the typical Worthington of tactic of going 1-0 up, defending deep, conceading and drawing or losing, I wouldn't be surprised.
