On the "Nicky" Campbell show this morning one expert claimed that there were "tens of thousands" of paedophiles roamimg the streets because there was no room to lock them up. Another expert - Michelle Something - from Kidscape claimed the solution was to release the "old ladies" who are banged up for not paying their "poll tax". That would release around about 0 spaces.
The listeners are more reasoned. One of them wanted the death penalty returned for downloading kiddie porn.
