On a 'poor hygiene' thread.

Basically this doctor had just started work at this walk-in clinic, and on his first morning he was confronted with this appalling stench in the waiting room. Anyway, it lingered until he saw the last patient of the morning, this fat middle aged hag. As she stood up the stench seemed to gravitate towards him, as it was actually a physical presence in the room. He retched out of his window before she came in and sat down. She said that she had an itching sensation under her arms and downstairs. Anyway, having put on about 10 masks and 20 pair of elbow high gloves, he examined her, and found lumps of gangrenous mould growing under her arms (apparently she hadn't showered in several years). But that didn't account for the whole disgustingness of the stench. So he asked her to open her legs so he could look down there. He found a crumbling mass of white/green/blue mould (which seemed to be moving of its own accord) in her badger.

It later transpired she was a prostitute who didn't bother with johnnies and apparently neither with 'cleaning it out'. For 15 years.

I think that says more about the punters than anyone else...
