Terracing, more calls for a review

The issue does need addressing, can't see it happening though.
Also with all due respect, I do think its something those affected by Hillsborough don't need to get involved in.
No one is asking to go back to the 'bad old days' they are safe ways of doing it now, policing has (largely) improved as has fans general behaviour.
