Yeah, CBS sold off their Columbia, etc. labels to Sony. They have set up a new record company and appear to have the grand total of four artists on the roster: User Posted Link

I should imagine it'll be about a year before the suits take over and start blasting us with ads & promotions (probably in the intros to tracks & videos), start selling low quality tracks (a la iTunes) and imposing restrictions.
