I had an attack a few months back and after doing a bit of research on the net I've cut out certain foods through a process of trial and error.
I've found that some pulses make it flair up again with good old mushy peas being a main protagonist.
All to do with the purine content and a build up of uric salt in the blood stream apparently.
Mine is fine now.
