Chris Sutton.....

My view on this is (since I cannot make my mind up):

Heart: Can't wait to see him in a Norwich Shirt again! Super Chrissy Sutton completing the circle. Norwich City gave him the platform on which his career was built, but unfortunately (although it was unavoidable) the big transfer which he earned also played a big part in the relegation from which we've never really recovered. Sutton realises this, is still a devout Norwich fan despite reports to the contrary, and comes back to repay the favour and fire us back into the Premiership where he left us in 1995 (or 94 - I dunno). Crowd will go wild, Sutton will give 100% every game and bleed green and yellow in the cause. Story of the year!

Head: Expect arrival in a fanfare of publicity followed by the reality of high weekly wages for a player who will first take a few games to get match-fit and used to the Championship and the team itself (expect a few Helveg-style flicks and through-balls which the rest of the team just don't anticipate, thereby making Sutton look s**t), and by the time he does will end up injured. Every time he's about to come back there will be another minor injury and we get Peter Thorne all over again, albeit with higher wages and undoubtedly more talent. However, Sutton will be far moer outspoken and then we can end up with some dressing-room politics especially between him and Hucks / Dublin. And anyway, Sutton's a Forest fan anyway.
