it's half a baguette (that is: a whole baguette cut lengthways and one half kept for tomorrow), 'buttered' with mustard (colmans, of course), then with chunks (not gratings - very important difference) of (from left to right):

cheddar
the whole thing sprinkled with a little bit of worcesterfordstertonshire saucebury and served with some cornichon gherkin thingies.
