but it sounds like he'd found some form when he got back in the side at the end of last season,

of course Wigan fans aren't going to miss him when he missed a large proportion of the seaosn and they got promoted without him,

Jewel and Whelan obviously thought he was worth a new (albeit stingy) contract though.
