Apparently, they are promised 40 virgins to wait on them

hand and errr, fist for all eternity if they "martyr" themselves. That and they sit on the right hand of Allah.

Of course, that hasn't stopped the fact that they are starting to run out of volunteers to kill themselves...funnily enough.
