Thing is...

I became a recruiter about 18 months ago. Previously, I was IT Manager of a Lloyds Syndicate within the London Insurance Market.

Thus, I understand the roles, technologies and people. More importantly - I worked with recruiters while a manager so I know their limitations.

Now any good C# developers? ;-)
