I hate all that s**t, equal opportunities etc

I didn't get a job I knew inside out, because I was temping there, it was my first job, and because I went for a permanent post, I had to have an internal interview, where I couldn't talk about the current job because it disadvantages the other candidates. Yet it disadvantaged me 100%

The person they employed was about 60 too, in a company full of older ish people

Have a pretty blinkered view of equal opportunities after that experience
