Unless he was tired I don't understand why Martin didn't start upfront with Earnie

in a 4-4-2. Norwich through and through, already proven he can handle footy at this level, would have loved nothing more than a start against Ipswich as a Norfolk born player. Pleased he came on but think maybe today Grant got one thing wrong. Spillane or Fothers shouldnt have started and we shoulda gone with a straight 4-4-2 with him and Earnie up front.
