I don't believe the Bully posts did anything other than

draw attention to the number of times you actually perform what you point out as bullying!

The "bullying" of PK and IED reduced for one reason: they came on less often, and IED was actually doing quite well until the Mummy won't let me go to Spain episode!

But come on - PK invites it to such a level that it is not bullying at all. He's begging for it.
