Why I dislike him

Basically the things he said. After the Wolves game he said he wanted the players to look the fans "in the eye", but then he himself spent the rest of the season ignoring us - the way he managed to get into the tunnel at Burnley without once glancing in our direction was a thing of almost beautiful ignorance. Then there was the whole "true fans" insult.
He was a limited man out of his depth, and too proud, or stupid to do much about it. It took Granty one transfer window to realise that the job was too much for one man - yet Worthington saw Gunny being wasted in a PR role for 6 years and never thought to bring him in.
