Shef Wed Away Tickets

just bought my tickets and they are upper tier. Have been to hillsborough twice before and always been upper tier but was thinking that as norwich are doing cheap travel we would have the lower tier as well. can anyone shed any light on this? are we going to be getting the lower tier as well if we sell all upper tier tickets?
