that they will be contenders for automatic promotion next season. They have a very good squad by Championship standards and have signed Steve Stone and Rob Hulse plus Eddie Lewis. Erik Bakke is also now fit and wants to stay there for next season. Rob Hulse did very well for them at the end of last season and in him and Healy they have two strikers who can score them 40 goals between them. Their midfield is very strong also and they have a decent keeper in Sullivan. Their one weakness i would say though is their forward line, if Healy or Hulse get injured their is'nt really the cover there.
Last season was a transition for them and their fans and they will be more stable next season and acclimatised to division 1 so i am now adding them to my list of promotion challengers alongside Palace, Ipswich and Wolves. My list of possible candidates for automatic promotion includes Sheff utd and Soton but it is still too early to call on those two imo.
Division 1 could well be the toughest it has been for many seasons and will certainly tougher than it was when we won the league 2 seasons ago. If you think otherwise then you are a fool.
