Nothing spectacular but Grant's quietly brought in a number of Good Things at Carrow Road: loaning out of players who aren't going to play, giving youth its head (ooerr), honesty from the manager in terms of saying it as he sees it (why they don't all do it is beyond me, it's not like they're kidding anyone when they try to spin), trying a few things out (moving Hucks from his favoured position being just one).

With Earnie back and some new blood from the summer things are certainly looking up.
