Tis true,

going back to the original spark for this all though, i'd suggest English police get it right far more so than say, Italian or even German police.. i say hesitantly, as i only really have media report (propaganda) to back that up. Saying that though - when i lived in Germany, you tended to fear the police rathert than mock them, as over here - so maybe they are going the right way?
