I'm not sure what the rules are

It would be very foolish of the FA to oversee the fact that clubs could go into admin towards the end of the season, when a points deduction will make no difference. They are already 11 points above the drop. Would've thought this won't decrease dramatically in the coming weeks.

It's interesting that the scum still don't offer any kind of payment plan for season tickets, to spread the payments. With them its up front or nothing. Suggests they need cash up front big time
