Really pleased with Grant's commitment to youth

What a difference to the Wothington era. He has done it all right so far, used the experienced players to sneak us away from relegation and gradually bring in a few youngsters, whilst also sending a few out on loan to get some games (a good idea give the crappy reserve league this year).
He has given Martin a good run now and a 3-year deal, Eagle and Cave-Brown 1 year extensions, and I get the feeling we might see more of Spillane and Eagle before the end of the season..
Well done Mr Grant (so far!)
