Basically, if you see a yellow car coming the other way...

You have to hit the person next to you in the arm before they hit you (provided neither of you are driving!).

If you hit them when it's not a yellow car (perhaps on orange one on the horizon) they get a free punch.

Very juvenile, but very fun.
