McVeigh is out (big contract I reckon too)
Thorne out (5k)
Hendo, Jarvis, Jarvis getting good experience out on loan
Duffy in now, a well respected right hand man
Fotheringham and Lappin was a good start on the signings front. I have no problem with Grant's search for keepers, all apart from Ashdown have been decent (ashdown might have done ok too if given an extended chance)
Huckerby has come back to playing as well as he did when he signed in some games
Etuhu is out of the team, Hughes isn't going to be right back next season

For me Grant can only do one thing at a time, and is doing those things gradually. Nip picking at things he says or results here and there and comparing them to Worthingtons shambolic over paying wage and transfer tactics is a bit unfair to be honest
