and permanently do, but they are first teamers

Arsenal have a first team on 20-30k a week, and a team of youngsters on 5k a week starting wage

Norwich could have some of the best youngsters going if they paid 5k aweek, but we don't, we pay a certain amount of youngsters about £300 a week in comparison

So this Arsenal's great youngster thing isn't that great deep down, it's very expensive and doesn't really work that often
