Idon't think the number of foreign players in our league should be limited,

pay them and they will come.

After all there have been some spectacular failures, most due to one Mr Houllier at Liverpool.

Hopefully it will also gear our own homegrown players on to match their foreign counterparts but I think that will only come about by making players earn the right to be footballers
