I've never heard England fans call for a manager's head

in such an aggressive manner. McClaren must have skin as thick as rhino hide because he had the same at Boro (at the time that bloke threw his season ticket at him) before a few spawny results in Europe saved his (rhino) skin.

He should be sacked right now.
