Braodband - Madasafish....

Evening all. My last dialup ISP has just folded and I'm considering giving in and moving on to broadband. Madasafish appears cheapish and seems well recommended: can anyone name another decent provider that might cater for a very-low usage type punter such as me? Because 8MBpsqrbl5t per nanosquat looks like more than I need.
