Subs should include Aaron Lennon (or if not fit SWP) to come on for Beckham and scare the living s**t out of their LB after 60 minutes. Crouch, who just shakes up a defence which is looking too organised, as was the case vs Israel, Darren Bent and Frank Lampard who should ONLY come on for Gerrard and nobody else!
