...Pakistan coach, killed by someone he knew who was possibly athletic (mind you that might rule out cricketers) or at least strong, in the Pakistan team hotel, after Pakistan lost, having his effigy burned in Pakistan by Pakistanis, in the midst of rumours of exposing match-fixing in Pakistani cricket.
