so, budget says a hike in gaz guzzler road tax, what about farm vehicles...
bit harsh on farmers, its not like they can go and buy a 4x4 smart car is it. surely it should just be for city dwellers who own chelsea tractors.

- but the car tax has gone up from 220 - 400 squid. and cant use red diesel if using on road
