nothing is ever going to enable us (or the likes of Charlton) to compete with the top teams again. The problem we face is the gap between Prem and Fizzy.

We are actually competing with the lower Prem teams - firstly those that get relegated who we'll have to overcome to actually get promoted again, and then those we'll be competing against to stay up.

Anything that boosts those teams is bad for us.

We should be hoping the big Prem teams get a LARGER slice if the cake (or better still bugger off altogether).
