A few things...

1) I was surprised how many people actually did stay at home today, I think many people are using it as an easy excuse for a day off. Personally it just doubled the time of my journey into work. Well done to the people went to work today.

2) Tuesday and Wednesday were the first times I've seen the Capital widely united. Shame it went from jubiliation to terror. Other cities are alot more often united than London through football success, however with so many professional clubs in London - it's qutie rare for London to celebrate a true London success together and that was great to see on Tuesday. Wednesday proved that London can cope with just about anything thrown at it and Londoners remain upbeat if not a little worried.

3) Regarding my comments last night in retaliation to another totally unfunny joke, I apologise if offended anyone but I don't apolgise for what was just an emotional reaction at the time - it was annoyed that by the discussion Jono had with FP, Jono was talking utter bollocks - if Blair hadn't come down to London their would have been outrage most probably - so he probably can't win - mind you I can't stand the guy anyway but too be fair he did go back up to G8. Of course Londoners lives aren't more important than Africans, however if the capital is under attack then the Prime Minister must be seen to be delivering a message to the people.

4) As for people making jokes about it or relating to it - I ain't gonna bite - just know you wouldn't do it if it was your city that got attacked.

5) I think quite a few of you w**kers and I'd really love to 'f**k off', but fair play to all those who offered good wishes to me and other Londoners yesterday. Thank You.

6) Take Care.
