Any ideas on how I can convert this into a file which I can upload to YouTube?

It seemed to work when I did it to MySpace, but YouTube doesn't want to know.
(Btw, I directed this, for a band called Venus Bogardus. It pays a lot of reference to dadaist poet Jacques Rigaut and film-makers Réné Clair and Man Ray and is self-consciously pretentious...)
Please ignore that the link says 'Jacues Rigaut', that's a typo.
