i have independent confirmation of this from a number of friends who work in the smoke and had to stay over. a room that would normally cost ?70 - steep enough you would have thought - was up for about ?225.

how those hoteliers can profit out of something like yesterday and then look themselves in the mirror is simply beyond me.
