It would be handy

if our lords and masters stopped to ask what deprivations people have suffered to make them so desperate that they can do this, what experiences have they had that have depraved them so. And is there anything that we can do to stop another generation of terrorists being born? But they won't, because that would be weak, and not at all Churchillian. Instead they'll spout bland nonsense about evil and cast around for someone to whack. ANd the roundabout will keep on spinning.
