It's like pants saying his predictions from February 21 aren't really his views, because now he's seen how good Martin and Lappin are. PG has seen Martin is a star and so it's easy to rewrite history and suggest that he was there because he was seen as special, rather than because we had a bodies crisis.

Having said all that, PG has been much. much more prepared to give da yoof a chance than NW (eg Eagle has had a few games as well). NW would have got an expensive loan from Charlton's reserves who would have been s**t, rather than give Martin a run.
