they are one of Carl Barat's favourite bands

so have supported Dirty Pretty Things. There's some great London bands coming out at the moment though (metro riots are not a good reflection)...The Svengalis, Cajun Dance Party, The More Assured, 586, Blah Blah Blah, Bombay Bicycle Club are...I believe in these bands so much I've actually set up a night which is focused around their sound.
