canary wharf, general info

the "bomber shot" was almost certainly a hoax.

canary wharf is in level one shutdown - which means no-one leaves, no-one gets on.

a few tube trains very late tonight

more tube tomorrow, unaffected lines e.g. jubilee will open, piccadilly will only open as a shuttle at each end, northern bit of circle won't open, bakerloo probably won't open

some buses now operating, edgware road roads (marylebone floyver) now reopened.
