Well not that's not clear ..

My messge to them was "do I get my subscription back then ..", I can't remember the exact wording as I used the online form not Mail. The intention was that this was a query.

I have just checked on Canaries World and by account is indeed flagged as Cancelled - although interestingly my account hasn't been credited.

I'm about to get on to them for cancelling without a formal request.

Mind you, looking at your response from them, they are clearly not interested in the "niche" user community.

How difficult can it be to provide a Quicktime feed? Why do they have to use Windows DRM and only Windows.
