do a lot that was wrong and short-sighted, I agree, BUT, he also tied up all the land deals that enabled us to subsequently sell of parcels of land for housing, etc and net us a shed load of money that makes us a financially viable operation today. The trouble really was that he couldn't separate football decisions from business decisions, with almost disastrous consequences.
