It's true, granted they're not all useless and lazy but there are a good few that are. What he was talking about is everyday occurance in the forces, well at least the army anyway. There are to many do-gooders poking their noses into the forces, when they have no experience or idea as to what they're talking about. These people are ruining the British Forces week by week, next you know they will be banned from using rifles in case they hurt someone.
