totally agree with you ....

he had the vision (according to Gunny's book - and have no reason to dis-believe him) to create the Academy

however, he put our Club back 10 years, failing to build on the side that finished 3rd in the Premiership, failing to keep the Manager here that acheived that position and our appearance in Europe

the Club was living beyond its means and e should have stepped down 3 years before he actually did, then maybe, just maybe we could have retained our Premiership status
